- The objective of this position is to help with all relevant Finance & Registration requests received by the Program Advisory Teams.
- Along with sales leaders and managers, they design and implement the Sales Operations & Custom onboarding processes, which help make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process.

- Working knowledge of vendor registration and the legal know-how that surrounds it
- Working knowledge of Finance & Legal Compliances across multiple geographies
- Ability to Manage and maintain requests and report accordingly with insights
- Operational experience with a ticketing platform
- Operational Experience with Salesforce Classic / Lightning
- Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
- Excellent Communication Skills - orally and in writing
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts
- Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure
