Responsibility -
- Manage and oversee all technical aspects of Graphic Designing • Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty images.
- Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Experimenting with styles and techniques.
- Understanding how different platforms need different creatives (e.g. Social Media vs Website) and knowing exactly what creatives work best on what platform
- Knowing how to position the collateral, (new or current) so it will create the biggest amount of virality and engagement in a Video.
- Being able to work independently and give input and suggestions to the Team.
- Being able to think in storytelling through designs, images and text, be creative and understand industry trends.
- Supporting to create systems & processes to make the process faster.

Selection Process - The Candidate will be chosen for Shortlisting, online assessment test and Virtual/Telephonic or field interview will be used to select candidates for VEDANTU Recruitment.
