Responsibility For Private Banker Post -
- Nurture and manage end to end customer relationship by fulfilling all their banking needs through wealth solutions provided by IDFC FIRST Bank
- Provide a seamless banking experience from a product and interpersonal point of view
- Achieve organizational objectives of high customer satisfaction scores
- Acquire Customers through natural market, open market activities, references from Internal sources via existing branch and digital networks network
Responsibility For Senior Specialist Post -
- Responsible of developing and contributing towards digital transformation via chatbot & Voice bot and ensure highest level of customer experience.
- Gather requirements, design flows and write final content for Voice bots, virtual assistants, chatbots, IVT and omni-channel conversational interfaces.
- Research and analyze intents and associated customer journeys.
- Work directly with cross functional team to build and iterate on the designs.
- Design end-to-end conversational interactions, including what can go wrong, and how.
- Analyze dialogues and user interaction with live bot/assistants and make recommendations for improving user experience.
- Play a pivotal and creative role in designing conversations and understand the values of human emotions.
